The output reports include Stock Register, Stock Movement, Stock Ageing, Sales & Purchase Analysis, and Sales & Purchase Bills etc. This section also includes various MIS Reports like Monthly Sales & Purchase Analysis, Item Wise Sales Analysis and Rate Change Analysis etc. User privileges can be set for all the transactions.

Vehicle Sales Management

This system handles Purchase, Performa Invoice, Booking, Direct & Booking Sales, Sales Certificate, Sales Return, and Stock Transfer. The output reports include Performa Reports, Booking Reports, Sales & Purchase Analysis, Sales & Purchase Bills, Stock Transfer Reports, and Stock Register etc. The section also includes MIS Reports like Monthly Booking, Purchase & Sales Analysis and Rate Change Analysis. This module handles Job Card, Job Issue, Billing and Estimate Preparation. The output reports include Job wise, Card wise, Customer wise, Date wise service reports and Service Bill reports.

In this module, all the procedures related to student admission for both U.G and P.G courses are included. And has the provision for making the Rank List for admission for different Department. Provision for preparing Nominal Roll, Id Card Issue, Discontinued Students List, Fee Collection Details etc is also included. 

Staff Module:

In Payroll module all the office functions related to employees (both Teaching & NonTeaching)    are done. Within the module, taking into consideration the basic salary, HRA, DA, PF, and other
allowances and deductions the monthly salary bill is prepared. All other statements related to GPF, GIS, FBS, Income Tax, and DA Arrear statement, Annual Credit Statement of Provident Fund etc.

Library Management:

In Library Module, the master entries are category, language, author, publisher, book, course, designation, department, staff, student etc. And in Transaction, bookissue, bookreturn, purchase (stock inward) and damages outward are included. The main reports BookIssue report, BookReturn report, Fine collection, pending report with fine, Current Stock, Complete Stock etc.
The system provides user creations and privilege settings. The administrator can set the privileges for all other users.
